Boat Licence Redesign
A complex redesign of Maritime NSW's General Boat Licence. I designed the end to end flows, allowing legacy infrastructure to be retired. This enabled a more user-centred digital solution that delivered a more efficient, secure, and seamless licensing experience for citizens and regulators across the state.
Commercial Agents Uplift
The NSW fair Trading's Commercial Agents licensing scheme, which regulates debt collectors, was redesigned to streamline the complex process. I created the new experience which reduced manual processing, improved applicant communication turnaround, lowered operational costs, and enabled stronger regulatory decision making.
Business Cash Transformation
The Australian Bank Westpac needed to redesign how businesses to drop their cash off at the end of the day, to be more compliant and uplift the service. This strengthened regulatory checks and improving the overall experience for business customers, while ensuring operational efficiency and risk management.
Buy not, pay later
The Australian bank Westpac wanted to strategically integrate their buy now pay later service into their everyday consumer products , by targeting selected customer streams. I created a cohesive product lifecycle and refined the service.
Nova
Nova is a voice assistant, navigational system that provides wholistic support to astronauts for longterm space travel. The piloting system is designed to support an individual's mental health for deep space transport. I created this to combine by love of design and writing, and explore a brighter future with humanity exploring the stars.
